Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 6 September 2026
These terms apply when you use the Uncanly app or uncanly.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Uncanly.
Uncanly is not medical advice
Uncanly is a self-help tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The plans, targets, and guidance it produces are generated automatically from the information you enter.
Reducing caffeine can cause side effects including headaches, tiredness, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before changing your caffeine intake, and especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under medical care, take any medication, or have a heart, blood pressure, anxiety, sleep, or other health condition.
Never ignore professional medical advice because of something you read in Uncanly. If you feel unwell, seek medical help. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Who can use Uncanly

Liability
Uncanly is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome arising from decisions you make about your caffeine intake or your health. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
