Something not working, or a question about your account? Email us at hello@uncanly.com and we'll get back to you, usually within two working days.
It helps if you include the app version (Settings, at the bottom of the screen), your device model, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
Managing your subscription
Uncanly is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store, so cancellations, refunds and plan changes are handled by Apple rather than by us. You can manage yours at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or in the app under Settings → Subscription.
To stop being billed, turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your current period ends.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app, under Settings → Manage account. This is permanent - your profile, plan, check-ins and progress history are removed and cannot be restored, including by us.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that in the App Store first, or you will keep being charged by Apple.
Common questions
- I'm not getting reminders. Check that notifications are enabled for Uncanly in your device settings, then confirm the time under Settings → Reminders.
- My streak looks wrong. Streaks count days you logged as on target. A day you did not log does not count, and a day logged over target ends the run.
- I paid but the app says I'm not subscribed. Open Settings → Subscription and tap Restore purchases. If that does not help, email us.
- Can I change my plan? Yes - your plan adjusts as you check in, and you can review it on the Plan tab.
A note on health
Uncanly helps you track a habit; it is not medical advice. Cutting back on caffeine can cause headaches or tiredness for a few days. Speak to a doctor first if you are pregnant, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
